Melbourne Woodworking Courses is a school and workshop offering weekly and short courses in woodworking.
The spacious workshop is located in Box Hill North and is also where you can view and purchase straw.
Introductory
Workshop
You will learn how to prepare straw, flatten it and then apply it to a substrate. This will be a small panel (200mm x 200mm) and it will be decorated in 4 traditional straw marquetry techniques which can then be framed or used as a reference.
