Your item will be dispatched in 1-3 business days (unless notified by email).

All parcels are sent via Australia post and there will be a tracking number allocated to each parcel.  You will be able to track your parcel on dispatch.

 

Delivery is usually between 2-5 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Malady Designs cannot be held accountable for incorrect shipping addresses being provided, packages that become lost in the mail or are otherwise not delivered due to postal error, or theft.

Malady Designs cannot issue refunds for items that are claimed to be lost unless a lost parcel report from Australia Post provided. By purchasing items from this website, you agree to this policy. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience this may cause.

In the event that you receive a product that appears to be damaged in transit from us to you, you should notify us immediately. To reduce processing time and potential difficulties in proving the cause of damage, we require that all 'Damaged in Transit' products be returned to us within 3 days of delivery.

 

For products which are determined by us to be damaged in transit, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges.
