Kim's Space is a new, evolving art gallery that supports local artists. Within this fabulous light filled space is a room just perfect for hosting a straw marquetry workshop.
Surrounded by amazing artwork, this is the perfect place to ignite your creativity and delve into the straw marquetry world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will learn how to prepare straw, flatten it and then apply it to a substrate. This will be a small panel (200mm x 200mm) and it will be decorated in 3 traditional straw marquetry techniques which can then be framed or used as a reference.

10am - 4.30pm
All tools and materials are provided.
